I actually did something productive and called my optometrist to learn what my new perscription was and bought a new pair of glasses

ANYWAYS BACK TO MY TIME IN CHURCH, I really just thought of everything as stories and not truths the way everyone else did. I think also because a lot of people were pretty mean to me about having an absent father and young single mother, it kind of lessened the kindness message they pushed on us

I tell this all the time but the "safety reasons" was a kid in my kindergarten class hit me in the back of the head with a metal truck and the school didnt do anything about my head bleeding until my daycare teacher came by and was like UM??? She has a CLEAR CONCUSSION??? And took me to the hospital

No one in my family is religious and I was raised to be very analytical in general. I was only sent to a church elementary school for safety reasons, but I never really believed in the stories and was kinda like "this sounds farfetched" with the attitude most everyone gad in the church
