It's across the street from CCAC-Homewood with a number of local, community-centered businesses holding it down along the corridor. A Parking Authority lot is next door for extra parking, and there are 4 PRT buses that stop within a short walk with the East Busway about a quarter mile away.
We completed stabilization work to make the building safe, and we're hoping to find someone to put a little more love and investment into this place. With first floor commercial space and residential or office spaces above, this is a great opportunity for a business that cares about Homewood.
