Not really a strip mall, but an empty Walgreens location. (and former temp Kroger location). Don't mind the roundabouts, but all of these 4 story condos & shoping buildings need to stop/slow down in the area.
Just as an FYI, this art piece is still in the city, but has been moved to a less trafficed area on the north end of town.

Getting rid of TV blackouts is huge. I live just north of Indy, it is a 2 hour drive to GABP. Goto Reds game whenever we can, but can never watch them live on MLB.TV because of blackouts. That is no way to grow the sport.
