I was so proud of myself for going off to bed at 1:59, then remembered and it was 3:00 am anyway. My sleep schedule is forever fucked.

I’m good at baking, not cooking, and I was used to just cooking for myself, so I’m not adept like that. And my parents are picky. So I make lots of Trader Joe’s prepared meals. Very consistent, no risk of a batch turning out too spicy, like has happened when I take the time to cook.

Yay me, I’m going to bed before 3! It’s only 2!

Sometimes in LA, the wind would be just right, and you’d be walking down a street in the valley, and smell jasmine and ocean. With that asphalt tang at the back. I miss it so much.
