Also, all y'all with eyes on Minneapolis right now, the overlap between immigration and houselessness is sizeable and ICE has been staking out shelters and warming centers and even sent armed agents inside Dorothy Day. Our unhoused neighbors have nowhere to hide.

Oh ALSO the bridge in question is the one where ICE kidnapped 4 Lakota men. The folks living there are predominantly Indigenous. They should be safe on their land but not only have we created conditions causing disproportionate homelessness but we create conditions making homelessness *extra* unsafe
Even if every ICE agent leaves, we need to use our newly found networks to help our unhoused neighbors forever
