I had something similar while traveling from NL to the US. Someone wanted to plan a meeting with me at 9:30. I proposed 10:30. Was slightly annoyed when I got an invite for 9:30. Asked why it wasn't at 10:30. Organizer said it was. Turned out I was flying over the UK in a -1 timezone 😅

Played around a bit with MCP integration with @quarkus.io, @langchain4j.dev and Ollama during the yearly hackathon with the @openvalue.eu Utrecht team.
Built a small example setup with 2 @quarkus.io apps - an MCP client that connects to an MCP server over HTTP:
