Kinda miss this place.
Got my first Ultimate clear in FF14! I have many achievements under my belt for a sprout. Maybe it's time to finally finish my MSQ.
I'm trying not to rush the story but I do feel sad not being able to join friends in the fun endgame content :(
Stuck at the beginning of Shadowbringers while all my FC mates are running around doing cool endgame things :(
Taking another crack at @_mugi_com2 on Twitter's style style and I think I did much better on a second go! Inspired by my 3d model and done in Blender #b3d
Trying my hand at emulating @_mugi_com2 (over on Twitter) style based on the references and tutorials they posted. Not quite all the way there but I'm proud of how it turned out!
I haven't really delved into that partly out of fear, I feel like I already found what works for me, and partly out of just never touching those tools. These are planes, so technically still 3d geometry just rendered to look 2d. If you have insight on SVGs in Blender, I'm all ears!
Indeed it is! I somewhat buried the lede on this. So to clarify: I'm a bit of a weirdo. I use Blender as a 2d vector art program by applying subdivs to planes then "drawing" with those planes. Once I have the shape, I join it all together then apply a lattice modifier with shape keys on it!
Did you know that if you can't afford Live2d's fancy version, you can do animated 2d deformation the same way in Blender? I'm sure it has some limitations, I'm just now starting to experiment with it but the results are promising!
I love my little gremlin π
I feel like no matter how many times I tweak things it doesn't look right to me... I feel like I need to work on perspective drawing heads before really diving into this.
This plight has plagued me my whole life!!! I love stickers but theyβre so limited! There was a time I had a special sticker door as a kid and that was the best π Iβve moved on to enamel pins. Theyβre like stickers but you can move them!
lets seeeee
Thank you so much!! π₯Ί
Sticker version of the silly photo I posted the other day. All the art I've made of her really does make me feel like a proud parent π
PART 1 of my Blender tutorial series is out! I've spent an ungodly amount of time and effort on this but it was quite fun𧼠hoping to post parts 2&3 by the end of June!

Haha, thank you! I wanted to make my own shirt like Mahiro's shirt from Onimai. Originally thought about putting "omutsu" on there but that was too on the nose. I have this emote on Twitch which I named "pantsu"! This emote inspired both the shirt and the picture.
We all had to start somewhere! Some little witches were bouncing on chocobos long before they mastered their magics and earned their real mount~
I'm so stoked for the Final Fantasy Tactics remaster ahhh!

I'm selling my first ever VRChat item on Booth! It's a simple necklace, some of you may get the reference. Hopefully the first of many to come! catastrio.booth.pm/items/6978047
I'd love to hear if you or anyone else figures out a solution to this. It used to be click a button and walk away levels of easy but now importing pictures is like pulling teeth. I saw your post about using a mac but that's not an option for me :(
We already knew
Thank you George! π₯Ί
Aww thank you! I owe it to friends like you to post more and not let you down! π
Sometimes I check this site, primed to be excited about new notifications, only to remember I never post.
An illustration of a purple and periwinkle magical girl with brown skin, curly brown hair in pigtails, and pink eyes. She is holding a moon-tipped wand and her attire consists of a witch hat, cloak, and a multi-layered ruffled skirt with gold details and ribbons over a white dress.
π moon magical girl! #art #oc
Here's a silly bonus. This backwards hat makes me miss PVP in FF14... One day I'll return~
had some friends INSIST I add her hat back in!
Ari?! Nashi!? Nashi?! Ari!? Big fan of the Onimai OP. I wanted to animate this little sequence but this single frame was really hard.... We'll see! #onimai #γγ«γΎγ
