v1.9.16 is out with support for variables and inputs in macros. You can also run custom JavaScript during the execution of a macro to update macro variables.
We don't have any near-term plans to do this ourselves, but one of our users created this: github.com/AliNagy/gods...

This version also includes support for right-click menus on tasks and lists, a few new macro actions, and an importer for Workflowy.
v1.8.92 is out with a bunch of new stuff. Some of our favorites are the new macro actions, setting a hotkey to jump to any list, and a new command to increase or decrease the first number in a task by 1 or 10.
