Is your argument that 'most people who become billionaires become billionaires through negative externalities'? Or is it that 'you only need to incentivize investment up to a certain amount after which you get diminishing marginal returns'?

We need patient skilled clever investors, like you. We will never ever get that from governments. If we want investors, they have to be rich. The better at being investors they are, the richer they get, and the more the flywheel continues. It would be better if we had lower inequality!
