Nintendo of America suing the U.S. government for unlawful tariffs Just one day after The Pokémon Company had to issue a statement about the White House using their intellectual property without permission, Nintendo is now taking things a step further by suing the U.S. government. The reason for the newly filed lawsuit is not IP theft however, but rather citing an unlawful imposition of tariffs. Due to the company's use of overseas manufacturing and the release timing of Switch 2, Nintendo was severely impacted by the tariffs put in place with executive orders issued by the Trump Administration, and are suing to get the tariffs that have been collected "refunded with interest." Mega Man: Dual Override Robot Master Design Contest finalists revealed After receiving over 10,000 entries, Capcom has announced the 6 finalists of the Robot Master Design Contest for Mega Man: Dual Override. Only one design will be crowned the winner and appear in the game alongside the main 7 other robot masters that Capcom designed, in which the silhouettes for have also been revealed. Mega Man: Dual Override still doesn't have a release date, but the long awaited return of Capcom's platforming mascot will arrive for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 in 2027.

Pragmata gets brand new trailer and revised release date Capcom has unleashed a new trailer for their upcoming sci-fi epic Pragmata which has a playable demo on the Nintendo eShop if you have yet to check it out. The trailer shows how the new playable characters work alongside each other as a team to fight their way through the game.
