Forever forward. Forever free.
Itβs kind of a launch best practices resource, coupled with a planning tool to map out the pre-launch/launch week/post-launch tasks.
Adding a new feature that will monitor various sources and adds tasks to the board, so it's easy to keep up on follow-up tasks, like replying to comments.
So basically the most valuable thing to build right now is
friendship
Planning to launch something in the next month or so?
If so, I have a launch planning/monitoring/task app that I am looking to get some early people/launches on.
Youβll also be included as part of the launch group when it goes live.
If interested, DM me and letβs launch some shit!

The tension articulated here on @mattstauffer.comβs new show perfectly captures my internal conflict with AI.
On one hand, the possibilities it creates feels infinite and magical.
On the other, what are we losing, and who is being most negatively impacted by my/our embrace of it?
First no code, now AI. Bad PMβs are going to bad PM.
I am afraid I am slipping into similar tendencies while using AI, but I am approaching projects with the intention that I will explore everything, and _hopefully_ scale things back a cut off the non-essential and refine it into a good product.
Thanks for checking it out! I hope it serves you well. π
Totally. I could easily see Outro being the place where you can easily manage your show, both preβand postβrecording. And automate all the tedious tasks involved, like notes, chaptering, clean transcripts, etc.
@ianlandsman.com you going to have the ability to upload my recordings to my shows hosted on @transistor.fm from @outro.fm ?
Everybody is saying "SaaS is dead" and I am over here thinking now is the best time to bring all the SaaS ideas I have backlogged in my notes and journals to life.
@bogdankharchenko.com @jasonlbeggs.com whenβs the next @upstatephp.bsky.social !? Sorry I couldnβt make the last one, we ended up going to the beach.
Have you made any new pairs of pants lately?
Also, when is the next episode of @overengineered.fm coming out!?
Custom fonts, sound effects/custom music, an actual story that unfolded as you dug through the site to discover unknown sections and pages. Back when there was true Internet Exploring, and people welcomed you into their online homes that they custom crafted for your browsing enjoyment.
Iβm hoping with all the efficiencies that AI brings it will create more space for people to bring back the love to sites like they used to get back in the early 2000βs when frameworks didnβt exist, Photoshop finally got layers, and deploying was just an FTP sync command away.
Open it up!
You all getting acquired by OpenAI or something!?

I havenβt ignored/forgotten about this. I have a reply brewing, I just havenβt had a chance to get it down in markdown yet.
Whoβs on Telegram from this list? I am putting together a The Panel Chat group over there. Ping me your Telegram usernames!
Intentional. My word for 2026, along with Interest, which I have been focused on for the past 2 years.
Something about the way this year has started already has me excited about these two words, and trying to live up to them.
β¨οΈ Any iPad keyboard/mouse linkers out there?
Since upgrading to 26.3, modifier keys are no longer being sent to the iPad.
A Magic Keyboard directly connected to the iPad works fine, but remote keyboards are not sending Shift and other modifiers.
Anyone else seeing this?
Haha, sign me up!
I am still such a noob on the crypto space. I was watching some of your earlier videos demoing the app. What does the Ark protocol bring to the space? Is it the focus on speed? Also, is `sats` just another currency, or fast transport format that is backed by Bitcoin?
I could really use some street meats with all the sauces right now.
Do I get one of those sweet cloud coats when I get into the app!??
Isnβt that the default in Claude Desktop? I feel like I go back and forth on that setting. Sometimes I find it useful, like in your case, but other times not. I think mostly because of the context switching between that way and how I have to do it in Slack (ie. always posting before I am done)
Sick. Added to the top of the queue!
Yeah, same. Although, I either have never set this up, or donβt know where it exists, but Sentry doesn't have any concept of being able to see the number of jobs in a queue, more the historical OpenTelemetry data of what has happened. Right?
Haha, I feel like this happens to me all too often, but glad you already owned it!
