GrapheneOS is one of the few relatively viable options day-to-day given you can still have Google Play Services in a separate sandboxed profile for things that need it and still mostly interact with modern society, but the irony of buying a Google phone to avoid Google is not lost on me
I've had every one of these issues, now I only have most of these issues. Fedora/Bazzite I've had the least of them. Arch/CachyOS I've had a fair few. And Ubuntu I've had all of them.

Yeah but it took like 10 years to actually get usable frames out of an Nvidia GPU and users decided there's scenarios where we actually care more about latency than perfect frames and that took another few years to figure out

Depends on your tolerance for Linuxisms, pretty quick install, CPU optimized packages (marginal improvement from other distros), and relatively simple installer. But it's still Arch based for better or worse.
More customizable than Bazzite, at your risk of dealing with unique potential problems.

It really fills in a lot of the gaps on immutable Fedora that would otherwise have to be taken up by distrobox containers (which have their own set of tradeoffs as well) given flatpak doesn't really do CLI tools/language runtimes
