I used to be married to an active, vibrant, happy young woman who decided one day to hang a bird feeder in the back yard, and now I’m married to a glassy-eyed, unwashed maniac that stands at the kitchen window all day screaming at squirrels.

So today we went to Nippori Fabric Town which is a street devoted to all kinds of fabrics and haberdashery items. I seem to have bought rather a lot.

I’ve been almost in Japan and am loving travelling by train, particularly on the Shinkansen.
