Grey crew neck baby jumper with striped moss stitch body in shades of pink and turquoise
Baby jumper with grey V neck and sleeves, orange and purple striped body
Also for #ShowMeYourKnits sweater week, it looks like I was really into making stripy baby sweaters in 2014-15 π§Ά
I really like that pattern
Grey knitted baby jumper with central cabled panel and buttons at the neck - was a pattern from my mumβs Womanβs Weekly
Whoa, how can it be week 84 of #ShowMeYourKnits ? This weekβs theme is sweaters - hereβs a baby jumper that I donβt think Iβve shared here before, and would like to remake at some point π§Ά
Wow, that is beautiful and looks like it took forever to make, I am in awe
Love this!
I found some glittery sock yarn in Lidl during their crafting event before Christmas too (will use it for decorations later in the year) - usually they do a few craft events a year, but this was the first time Iβd seen yarn as part of one
My dad always used to say βitβs like the wreck of the Hesperus in hereβ - it was years before I found out what that actually was!
These are fantastic
Close up of a pocket on the bodice of a jumpsuit - needs pressing and a thread on the pocket needs snipping
Another photo of the jumpsuit bodice, inelegantly draped over the sewing machine
A couple of not-great photos for this weekβs work-in-progress theme on #SewAndTell. This is the early stages of a Sew Over It Farah jumpsuit in a purpley blue cotton. Need to do the cuffs next!
Love this idea!
Work in progress - Sew Over It Farah jumpsuit (will take a photo in the morning)
Not sure whether to finish Fibre Mood Elise blouse or not, think I chose the wrong fabric
Next project - Simply Sewing Maisie blouse (need fabric) or Sew Over It Libby shirt (if I have enough fabric)
Tagging #ScrapAlong2026 so more people can see these, they look great
Tapestry badges of a hare and a chicken - the chicken was made using the pattern that Debbie shared
That reminds me, I really should attach my tapestry chicken to something!
I love that Houndstooth pattern
These are all beautiful, very inspiring
Ha ha, thank you!
Blue knitted panel on needles with cables, bobbles and lace holes, sitting on top of the Japanese Knitting Stitch Bible
Oh dear, I struggle to find any LACE for this weekβs #ShowMeYourKnits theme - the best I can come up with is this pattern from the Japanese Knitting Stitch Bible. I am sure there will be much more delicate entries! π§Ά
Love this, it looks amazing
Whoa, the sewing one looks scarily familiar!
I totally agree - this is not going to be fun!
Pile of knitted squares waiting to be sewn together (lots of trailing ends!)
38 squares laid out on a (wildly clashing) rug (have made 3 or 4 since I took this photo)
#wipwednesday and I am getting a bit bored of knitting blanket squares now! #ScrapAlong2026 π§Ά
I got a set of three, same style as this, called Armindou Embroidery Starter Kit, if that helps (love your work in progress, by the way!)
Thank you! This is a great pattern, Iβd really like to make another one some time
Grey duffel coat with moth pattern and silver paisley lining within the hood
This weekβs #SewAndTell theme is winter so hereβs my mothy Tilly & the Buttons duffel coat, which gets a lot of wear each winter #garmentsewing #sewing
The foxes were designed by a lady called Fiona Alice on this glove pattern on Lovecrafts - I liked them so much I integrated them into one of my favourite Sirdar baby knit patterns www.lovecrafts.com/en-gb/p/foxy...
Baby jumper in black, white and orange with foxes across the front and stripy sleeves
Fingerless gloves from the Fellowship of the Knits - one brown/ grey, the other dark/ light green
I forgot the foxes! And the horses! More animal knits for #ShowMeYourKnits (!) π§Ά (this is the last post, I promise!)
That is incredible! Amazing work
Iβve never wanted to knit tapirs before today, but now I do! - these are fantastic
Love that! Great pattern too @samantha-west.bsky.social
Baby jumper with green bodice featuring black and white sheep (from Andrea Rangel book), with black trim and striped sleeves
I know there will be plenty of sheep for this weekβs #ShowMeYourKnits -here are some on a baby jumper from 2020 π§Ά
