You’re not wrong that sometimes it won’t show free/busy.

My experience is opposite. I find the web interface to be very poor. Shortcuts that conflict with system defaults. Columns that render poorly. Missing shortcuts. Always end up back on macOS client.

What would you want to see changed about Outlook and the calendar itself. While I don’t love Outlook I struggle to find an alternative I prefer.
