So, I've never actually read a BattleTech Shrapnel (or their predecessors) before, but I'm excited to have physical copies to start with. Figured first and latest were a fair birthday splurge.

At the time, I was too hungry to care much, but I wish we'd grabbed a picture. Epic levels of bad "American" cuisine in a Dublin basement. Wonderful memory, now.
In 2017 my partner and I were in Dublin, and after a long day of walking I was hangry, but we had the misfortune to be out on Rugby 7's finals night, so everything was packed. We end up at this basement "after hours" restaurant that serves up the absolutely saddest "cheesesteak" I have ever seen.
That is 100% my experience with the orange soda there...
