I'd suggest making one or a couple templates where you can probably reuse 90% of it for say, any socy type of job, and change out just a bit of it for anything relevant to the specific position

Time tested strategy responsible for most of my names:

pick whichever of the first three names you think of sucks the least and use that as a placeholder

use the placeholder for the entire story thinking you'll change it later

finish the story

realize that feels like the character's name now
