Sure, physical media is better and more profitable for the artists but I get digital downloads all the time, mostly from Bandcamp because I use the wav files for my shows. The quality is decent and saves me a heap of time converting from CDs so I don’t mind paying for them.

I love this, even though it’s long past. I was there on the night doing ROOM11’s merch and didn’t expect to see the audience react the way they did because the bands are so completely different but everything Mat Price says is Spot On. It was a great night!
