i am someone who came out basically right when i started adulthood so i never experienced this myself - and i'm honestly grateful for that at some level. i will say if there's a silver lining to the current anti-trans wave is helping at least some people acknowledge stuff they refused to before.

I made a tiling pixel design for a knitting machine punchcard. It repeats horizontally after 12 units (the width constraint of the punchcard) but surprisingly takes 120 to repeat vertically.
