I love this, more collaborative lexicon building in the atmosphere!
My favorite bit here is the fact that the platforms are making a concerted effort to make sure they all adopt one lexicon, working together on the definition so it doesn't become cumbersome for users to move between them!
I'm hoping the company makes any AI integration they're thinking about fully optional - like actually able to be disabled or completely removed instead of "just don't activate it lol".

How to report a post to the labeller for automated review: "Report Post" > "Unwanted Sexual Content" > "Remember to Label your NSFW :)". (alternatively, you can report an entire account with reason "other")
Posts by users who are chronically forgetting/skipping labeling nsfw content as nsfw will have posts hidden like this, once they have the label.
Scrolling on your phone in public is nice... until someone (chronically) doesn't tag their NSFW content!

BTW, when you see a QRP or a reply, the OP may appear as "blocked". That doesn't mean that they have blocked you, the viewer, but instead they've blocked the person responding. Blocking removes anyone else from seeing the the blocked person's posts, but only in that thread or interaction.
