I'm still upset with Nintendo over the $80 Mario Kart, the $450 Switch 2 and their deliberate attempts to kill the physical game market. I haven't thought about a Nintendo Direct in a long time.

When I saw the Daily Bonuses in that new fishing world, my gut instinct told me it was gonna be some pay-to-win BS. Looks like I was 100% on the money.

Because that is exactly what they are trying to be. A pay-to-win mobile game.

I hate this timeline.

I've tried that and I just never got on with those things. It's too awkward to attach them to my phone, which I keep in a rugged phone case. I'm not a fan of having to lug around a controller for a handheld device. Not to mention, having to use a touchscreen for emulators is not what I want.

I haven't really tried that many other handheld systems, but from my experience it's only slightly thicker than a 3DS XL. Not the most convenient size (it's no Anbernic RG34XX), but I can still easily carry that in my pants pocket without much issue.

Well this is neat.
