It's only day 2 of unemployment and I've spent my whole time so far building visual models for reemployment strategy when like...it's not that serious.
But I'm having trouble disengaging with it.
I was so exhausted, I kinda expected that I would just come home and pass out for a day, and then start catching up on my gaming backlog, but...no. My body just doesn't work like that anymore. I'm still conditioned to prioritize work commitment via sacrifice to the point it's automatic.
It's weird. I didn't realize how badly I was being overworked. Now that my job role has ended, I'm finding that I have to reintegrate gradually with normal life again.
Just sitting around not being productive for 10+ hours feels off.
It's taking time to relearn how to sleep for more than 4 hours.

The furry fandom was founded on queer identity and adult expression decades before you were born. It is a community built around those two core principals and will always be such. Just because a bunch of iPad babies showed up decades later doesn’t change that.
This need to ruin people over their harmless expressions is antithetical to every this community was founded on, and it shows a deep lack of introspection and personal maturity.
