This page contains handwritten notes from Jack Roberts’s notebook written whilst he was at the International Brigade Officers' Training School, Tarrazona, Spain. This notebook is part of the Richard Burton Archives, held at Swansea University, specifically the South Wales Coalfield Collection, containing significant material relating to the Spanish Civil War and the part played by Welsh volunteers.
Hands up who fancies transcribing this?!? Don’t worry, not all our collections are as tricky as this one … then again, a new challenge might just be what you need!
