油揚げと糸こんにゃくの煮物
お好み焼き→夫のお弁当用に一部は卵焼き器で四角に。まとめて焼いておいて冷凍保存
ズッキーニのから揚げ（ノンフライ）
麻婆豆腐
ひきわり納豆（50g×10個）→これはまた3日ほど寝かせます
茄子とひき肉の炒め物→後日ミートソースと中華風に加工予定
冷蔵庫と冷凍庫のストックを使い切るのが目的なので、彩りは度外視。これから更に茶色いご飯が続くと思います。

セロリとひよこ豆のスープ→一部冷凍保存
ロールキャベツの下ごしらえ→冷凍して後日調理
チキンとキノコのフリカッセ
セロリの浅漬け
ラタトゥイユ→一部冷凍保存
この他に自家製ヨーグルト（6回目！）を作り、自家製ひきわり納豆の下準備。骨付き鶏もも肉を解体して一部は冷凍保存。残った骨で柚子（犬）用のスープを取る。あー疲れた。
本当は冷凍保存はせずに食べきりたいのですが、夫が同じおかずが2回以上続くと「またこれ？」となるので…💢 大変な思いして作ってもこんな反応なら、冷凍保存して別の日に出そうと思います。

本日の作り置き料理。
ネギとパプリカと鶏肉の塩マリネ、ドライクランベリー入りキャロットラペ、芽キャベツとソーセージのソテー（メープルシロップが隠し味）、ポテトピュレ。
塩マリネは最後にオリーブ油を回しかけるので、鶏肉だけ別の容器に入れてこちらは私専用に。
私はポテトピュレと鶏肉しか食べられないんですが、夫は普通にご飯やお弁当が必要なので仕方なく作りました。ほぼ味見していないのでテキトーに。まいっか。
ちなみにこの塩マリネしてある鶏肉とパプリカとネギと少量のマヨネーズをバゲットに挟んでサンドイッチにするととても美味しいのです。

週末にパリの中華街へ行くので、そこでいつもまとめ買いする鶏ひき肉や豚ひき肉、冷凍アジア野菜などのストックを中心に使いました。
今日作ったのは、ニンニクの芽と豚ひき肉の炒め物、里芋と鶏ひき肉の煮物、即席キムチ（風）、アンディーブのきんぴら、白菜と豚ひき肉のごま豆乳鍋。
ひき肉ばっかりだし、茶色いなぁ…（笑）
昨日作ったおかずもほぼ残っているので、これを週末までゆっくりと食べて、来週からの食事制限に臨もうと思います。

来週から胃カメラと大腸内視鏡検査の準備のために、決められた食事しか取れないので（野菜や果物は✕）、今のうちに少し冷蔵庫の整理をしましょう。
作ったものは、炒り豆（再び！）、肉野菜炒め、蕪の浅漬、ビーツのサラダ、ノンフライポテト（ケイジャン味）、ノンフライサツマイモ（レモンバター味）、そして自家製ヨーグルト。
ここでタイムリミット。明日はアンディーブのきんぴらと、白菜と鶏ひき肉のごま豆乳鍋を作ります。数週間なら買い物せずに生活可能です。

Ratatouille in a round ceramic pot in the front and in three plastic pots at the back. They are on my hob which is black, cooling down. Courgette, onion, shallots, red and yellow peppers and mushrooms. Didn’t have aubergine but it’s fine without. Freezes so well.
Saag Aloo in a round ceramic pot at the front and two foil trays at the back. They stand in a wooden board on my hob which is black. Made with potatoes, spinach, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric and chilli. Freezes well too.
