目標体重達成しました🎊
大体4段階に分けて、徐々に落としていきました。
最後は玄米や野菜や卵肉などタンパク質を摂りつつ、昔減量していた時のメニューを意識した食事をたくさん食べました。
運動して筋肉はキープしながらで約十ヶ月掛けて6キロ落とした。
50近くでも出来たぞー！
