Rain soaked hyacinth

A macro image of the underside of a pink daisy chrysanthemum. The green tones of the white balance have been increased brightening the stem and rendering the lighting in minty shades. The main focus is on the stem and recedes softly through the petals of the central flower. Other blooms in the bouquet are out of focus in the background.

An alternate edit of a shot I posted yesterday. The pink tones are fairly true to life, but upped the green tint to the white balance for one of my favourite colour palates.

A dark pink/mauve stem seemingly grows from the enter of a mauve/green leaf. At the end of the stem are pink finger blossoms emerging in all directions. They seem disproportionally large since they are close to the camera and the stem is long between the flower and leaf. The background is blurry shades of dark greens. This was spotted on Froom Creek Trail/Mariposa trail in the Irish Hills of San Luis Obispo, California
