Made some killer chicken shawarma with some rice pilaf, a nice lemon garlic sauce, and balsamic cucumbers n tomato! Very good!

Who wants my take on sausage eggs benny?

I gotta say, taking some sweet soy garlic Korean fried chicken and putting it on top of a kimchi-marinated salad and infusing the sauces together is going to make for one of the most kickass salads ever!

I love decorating tacos and making such lovely combos as:

Chorizo, guac, and pickled red onion tacos &

Orange shrimp tajin tacos with pineapple, guac, onion, and cheese.

And the homemade salsa! Can't forget that. Happy Taco Tuesday <3

Man, using homemade porcetta in lieu of poultry in pot pie is GOOD!

I seared the pork belly, added mirepoix, deglazed the fond with thyme vodka, added butter + flour, then homemade turkey stock, thyme, parsley, and cream.

Next up: layering the puff pastry on top when it cools!!

Your dad woke up and made some homemade hash browns, roasted salsa, hot sauce, crema, and chorizo eggs n cheese along with avocado to turn into the nicest breakfast burrito ever! Topped with pickled red onions too. <3

Smoked turkey from Costco is a go this year! They spatchcocked it n everything so all I did was put a garlic thyme rosemary sea salt olive oil over it before it slowly reheats and drips all those juices down below...

Then finish the veggies with balsamic. ❤️❤️❤️

The Swiss mushroom burgers are done! They're on top of those burger buns I made the other day, and I cooked bacon before adding the shallot shroom mix, and then toasted some garlic sauce on each bun before lovingly putting it all together. ❤️❤️❤️
