Really glad to be able to stir with both hands. *ouch* Ten minutes at a minimum of 70 degrees Celsius are done (to be on the safe side because of salmonella) and the lemon curd is filled into screw-top jars. Now we can both chill. 😉😊

You know it's Friday evening, when you washed the bell peppers, stay in front of the backing sheet and can't figure out what's wrong with their number. And see two hours after putting them in the oven, the missing one in the kitchen sink (it was hidden by the backing sheet). 🙄
