Breaux mart doesn't sell the same amount but at least they kept the ballestra meat crew. Jalapeño & cheese hot sausage is so good. Usually done as a sausage but sometimes they pack it loose. 3 packs made 7 8oz burgers & 1 9oz.

Finally got the brisket ground and turned into 34 6oz burgers. Sprinkle some extra seasoning on em and ready for tomorrow. Hopefully nothing happens and I can grill em up. Might use the cast iron for a good sear 1st 🤔.
