A waterfall on Euclid Creek, Euclid creek runs brisky down the lower center of the photograph. The green trees stand out in contrast to the trunks which look black. The banks of the creek slope up sharply.

Rocks slick with ice with a wave from Lake Erie crashing upon them. The lake stretches back to the horizon line with a grey cloud filled sky above.

Many people forget or not realize that the great lakes are really large inland freshwater seas. They were an okay tradeoff for living out here I used to live in Colorado with the mountains.
