The first section is done.
This place has a “popcorn” ceiling and the previous occupants smoked. I don’t have the $ to have it professionally redone, so the solution is to cover it with paintings.

I know it sounds crazy, but a painted ceiling is the epitome of maximalist haha

I’m painting a roll of 24” canvas, the first of I think five, and I’ll staple those painted canvasses to the ceiling.
