IHI call 10 topic spotlight Digital label: one source of information for medical technologies What's the problem? The list of information that has to be included on the printed label of medical devices is growing. As a result, users struggle to find the information they need, and updates to just one element of a label require the whole thing to be reprinted. What do we want you to do? Establish a digital label concept for medical and in vitro devices. Users would be able to access the digital label by scanning a QR code, for example, and access up-to-date, targeted information in a greener format. Find out more: ihi.europa.eu
