晩ごはん。
昨日JAコープのスーパーで豚カシラ肉を見つけたので買ってきてあった。書道の練習する前に塩をしてしばらく置いて、出た水分をよく拭き取って臭みをよく取ってから、ネギ、生姜🫚、にんにく🧄、ニラと炒めた。予想ほど脂っ濃くなくて歯応えあるけど柔らかいお肉で美味しかった。鰹のタタキ。鶏の刺身。サラダ🥗。
JAコープの鶏の刺身は今日も本当に美味しかった。柚子胡椒と食べると夢のような美味しさで「う〜〜〜ん❗️めっちゃ美味い😋❗️」と思わず独りごちた。
キリンのどごし生🍺。赤ワイン🍷。
