I fell into the hole (semi-pun semi-intended?) of Portal 2 mods. There is some insanely great stuff out there. Portal: Revolution is almost a Portal 3. Portal: Reloaded expanded my brain and probably has some of the best puzzles I'll ever see in my life. I'll recommend more as I play them. #gamerec
I really liked Viewfinder! It's a fun presentation of an interesting mechanic. I think it has more potential than it lived up to in the complexity of its puzzles and its story, but it's still fantastic. I hope we get to see a Viewfinder 2!

Writing so much about ENDLESS Zone—a cross between ENDLESS Space + Sega's classic Fantasy Zone that does in fact exist—has gotten me in the shmup mood so here's a little 🕹 #gamerec for a title I picked up recently: anime tie-in game "Is It Wrong to Try to Shoot 'em Up Girls in a Dungeon?" by MAGES.
Apropos of nothing, you should play "In Other Waters" if you haven't already. It's an absolutely fantastic story-based game, and is a fantastic example of how to create a vibrant world in the player's mind with only minimal graphics. Plus, it has space lesbians.
