It uses GE2019 as a baseline, which makes it all flawed. For millions GE2019 was a referendum on Brexit, so "2019 Conservatives" includes a large number of leftwingers who "lent their votes" to #GetBrexitDone. Boris understood this but his attempts to keep them onside alienated the economic right
