To any #GameDeveloper or #GraphicsEngineer that might stumble across this. When making the graphics menu for your game, don't bury upscaling and frame generation settings at the bottom of the menu (#OblivionRemaster). I can't speak for everyone, but these are the settings I fiddle with the most.
