Hungary withdrew from the Rome Statute (establishing the ICC) on April 3, 2025, although it is binding on every EU state.
Hungary is therefore virtually no longer a member of the EU.

There is an ICC arrest warrant for this guy but BUT since April 3, 2025, Hungary has announced its withdrawal from the Rome Statut, normally mandatory for all EU members.
We are cowards towards Hungary that it no longer has a place in the EU ... other countries are waiting for this place.
