My 1st & 2nd graders do such amazing math all w/o multiplication (we define things like Square Numbers by adding dots). In #mathstoday (last week) we investigated several datasets.
Students generated data questions, including one about what makes YouTube videos more popular. This plot made for a lot of great discussions about causation!
