𝙎𝙤𝙡𝙤 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙪𝙧𝙚. Diversity creates resilience while isolation breeds fragility across three vital themes. Try acknowledging one person who... ...saw the raw potential in you because visibility is a circular resource. You might think of the "Product Manager" as a lone genius with a roadmap and a dream. But after nearly a year in the Alphabet and Google EMEA community I see the what sort of a node I can be inside much larger systems. The "𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦" narrative feels clean… but it is actually a myth that makes us weaker. I spent my first year realizing that my own "𝘳𝘢𝘸 𝘮𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴" only became valuable because others chose to listen. 🌍 @Michael Bullion and the Zurich @Product Management Festival team took a chance on my early ideas. They didn't just give me a stage: they lowered the barrier for a new perspective to enter the ecosystem. My coach @Kai Hansen provided the clarity that turned rough thoughts into sustainable career craft. We often mistake "networking" for collecting names, but it is really about engineering resilience. I am grateful to @Evgeniy Shyryaev for proving that "𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘅" is a survival skill, not a cliché. @Mike Taylor Cai shows me daily that #AI is not just a tool, but a new way for humans to cooperate at scale. @Minh Le continues to offer the kind of diverse perspective that prevents a professional monoculture from forming. Principled leadership is the "𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿" that keeps our technological systems from outstripping our wisdom. 💡 @Mariya Moeva and @Chealsea Wierbonski lead by example, providing the ethical blueprints I try to follow. @Alberto Medina has been showing me from day one that true product ownership is a responsibility to the entire community. If we don't actively curate these symbiotic relationships, we risk becoming obsolete in our own silos. 𝙄𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 𝙩𝙤…
Solo success is a myth 🕸️
My year as a PM proved that resilience is a team sport
From raw ideas to the PM Festival stage, I am grateful to my Google & Zurich ecosystem for the "course correction"

🔑 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 Here's the most counter-intuitive lesson I shared at the WFP Humanitarian Ventures Accelerator by Google: your biggest professional power move might be publicly admitting what you don't know. 🛠️ 𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀: Next time a project you champion hits a setback, publicly share the process of failure, the data, the decisions, and the lessons, within 48 hours, then specifically ask your network for diverse viewpoints on how to pivot or rebuild. 🤯 We're all chasing the goal of influencing change, but 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨𝙣'𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮. It’s built on 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 that replace the old hierarchy: First, 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. Earned not just by hitting targets, but by demonstrating 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 through your setbacks. It’s about showing the work and owning the outcome, good or bad. Second, 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀, rooted in 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆 and 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. Influence is about what you accomplish together for the mission, not just your personal agenda. Third, 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲, which is only potent when coupled with a 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. It requires continuous learning and the ability to make complex ideas accessible to everyone. That's the ultimate framework for sustainable impact. The secret to unlocking it all comes down to 𝗘𝗴𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: You must put the mission first because 𝗘𝗴𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗺𝘆. As Mother Teresa taught us, sometimes all it takes to overcome the paralyzing scale of a problem is 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁, 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽. Your vulnerability is not a weakness; it's the magnet that attracts the collaborators your ecosystem needs to build stable solutions. The goal isn't just a short-term win for you. It's Team Play: creating something that outlasts your direct involvemen…
🤯 True influence = Transparency + Action
It’s built on trust, shared vision, and killing the ego

🤯 What did they teach you in business school about looking perfect? Was it made cleat that 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙢𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙬-𝙪𝙥. 🛠️ 𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀: Next time a project you champion hits a significant setback, publicly share the process of failure, the data, the decisions, and the lessons, within 48 hours, then specifically ask your network for diverse viewpoints on how to pivot or rebuild. You know, the old corporate playbook told us resilience meant dusting yourself off in private and emerging shiny and successful. As I said during a talk at the WFP Humanitarian Ventures Accelerator by Google, that's like trying to build a resilient house by only showing off the perfectly painted walls. What happens when the hurricane hits? True resilience isn't about the facade; it's about the deep-time systemic stability we call Ecosystems Engineering. You learn this from incredible organizations, like @Akshaya Patra, who scaled up their mission. Their success wasn't built just on feeding two million children; it was built on learning, adapting, and integrating every setback into their system. You can only get that continuous learning when you turn failure into collective knowledge. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. Your vulnerability becomes a magnet for the diverse expertise your ecosystem needs to thrive. It’s an act of sustainable self-interest because it builds trust and future-proofs your work. The opposite is true: 𝘦𝘨𝘰 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘸𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦. They silo knowledge, stifle innovation, and guarantee your system will be brittle when a real shock comes. So, don't just "bounce back" alone. Be the principled guide who shows the map of the potholes. You’ll find that transparen…
🤯 True influence isn't about looking perfect; it's about sharing the process of failure.
Try this: Share your next setback process and ask for help.

Ever notice how chaos never shows up on your calendar? It just arrives, right when you’re already overloaded. New project, old project, side projects — all peaking together. 💡And somehow, that’s exactly when your training and ecosystem either hold… or collapse. This month, I'm hitting that convergence point. Everything is demanding attention at once. And instead of drowning, I find myself satisfyingly calm. Not because it's easy. But because I’d been preparing for it. Weeks ago, I aligned expectations at home and asked for help early. I doubled down on sleep, good food, and movement. 𝗜 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗲, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗼𝗱. Turns out, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘤𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯. If both are solid, the storm becomes your teacher instead of your enemy. Take a moment to audit your own resilience ecosystem — the habits, relationships, and systems that will carry you through the next crunch. The time to build them isn’t when the pressure hits, but while things still seem manageable. #Leadership #EcosystemsEngineering #Performance #SelfImprovement #Innovation #LifeAtGoogle

🔥 Leaders know this truth: 𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙗𝙞𝙜 𝙡𝙖𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙨. 😅 My Monday breakfast came with a side of client escalations and a flood of team pings. 👉 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. By naming it you sharpen your own strategy and pick up new tactics from peers. Every ping felt like an alarm. The temptation was to jump in and fix every fire myself. I almost repeated an old mistake. Years ago I learned that 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙗𝙡𝙖𝙯𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚. It drains creativity and leaves the team guessing. So I stopped. I wrote down the three tasks that create the most leverage this week. I delegated, deferred or deleted the rest. I asked AI to automate the repetitive work. I kept every decision visible to the team, our partners and leadership. 💡 𝙉𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙪𝙩. We are moving forward deliberately and purposefully. The tensions have not eased. Some have grown and new ones are emerging. ✨ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀, 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 saved this week from disaster and will be my anchors next week. They already treat the system as a trusted partner in planning their future. Agentic AI aims even higher… planning and acting without waiting for instructions. If you think this is overhyped, good. Let’s stress-test the idea together. Let's explore 3 ways you might disagree: 💡 Will AI always be 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦 and never a real stakeholder? 💡 Will 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 keep AI from shaping ecosystems on its own? 💡 Will 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘴, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘨𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘮𝘴, always hold the ultimate strategic power? I believe leaders who spot these “hidden stakeholders” early will 𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩 before the rules change. Try mapping where AI already behaves like an independent actor in your own ecosystem. Do it now to avoid designing guardrails after the fact. Do you believe that data actually does speak for itself if used correctly? 2. Are you convinced that trade-offs are technical, not narrative, and shouldn’t need storytelling? 3. Is long-term strategy about execution, not ecosystem trust for you? For me, in real ecosystems, disagreement isn’t noise. It’s how we stress-test the system for resilience. #Innovation #Leadership #EcosystemsEngineering #LifeAtGoogle #AndreyReads #AndreyWrites #AndreyLearns I write about organizational zen, ethical AI, and helping leaders stay grounded even when everything's on fire. If you like learning about building better humans and smarter tech, one ecosystem at a time, let’s stay connected.
Most think Google’s AI edge is tech 🤖
It’s not. It’s the story of trade-offs 📊
Ecosystems don’t follow data… they follow trust. 🌍

🤯 Do you still think 𝘈𝘐 𝘪𝘴 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘭? Well, here’s the twist: 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘁𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. IF discovery now happens inside LLMs and actions are executed by AI agents THEN your product’s future depends on how well it lives inside those ecosystems. Don’t assume SEO will save you. Don’t assume a good product will surface on its own. If you’re invisible to the models or unusable by the agents… you don’t exist. 🔥 Here’s a simple task: 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁, 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀. Because visibility and usability within these new gateways will decide whether your work is surfaced, trusted, and acted upon… or ignored. This is not a side quest. It’s self-interest at its most sustainable. Resilience comes from adapting to the mediators, not resisting them. The surprise is that AI is not competing with us for jobs. It helps us compete for distribution power. That is the systemic shift many are still missing. 🌍 Ecosystem Engineering teaches us that 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙡 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙨𝙮𝙢𝙗𝙞𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙨. In this new era, your product must feed the ecosystem with structured, trustworthy information… and the ecosystem will feed your product back to users. Leaders who embrace this shift early will shape the flows of value tomorrow. Those who ignore it will find themselves outside the marketplace altogether. 📚 Inspired by Natasha Wallace in The Media Leader and Robby Stein in Google Blog. #AI #Innovation #EcosystemsEngineering #AndreyReads #AndreyWrites #LifeAtGoogle #AndreyLearns I write about organizational zen, ethical AI, and helping leaders stay grounded even when everything's on fire. 🤯 AI isn’t just a tool… it’s becoming the marketplace.
If your product is invisible to LLMs or unusable by agents, it doesn’t exist.
Adapt or vanish.

🤯 Some people think the problem is 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘢. The real problem is… 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙚𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜. We keep throwing terabytes at AI… and meetings at teams… expecting magic. 📊 But here’s the twist: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆. Not by hoarding more inputs, but by 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴… 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙩. That’s the leap from noise to wisdom. And it’s where most systems, human or machine, fall apart. The tech world loves to chant “data-driven.” But data without understanding is like a GPS with no map. In AI, this is the “world model” shift Demis Hassabis talks about: teaching models to reason, plan, and adapt. In product ops, it’s the difference between a feedback survey and a bulletproof loop that actually changes behavior. 🪴 In Ecosystem Engineering, it’s how we keep an environment alive: sensing change, understanding it, and responding system-wide. Without that… 𝘺𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘳𝘶𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮. 𝘠𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘳𝘶𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘤𝘪𝘳𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘴. So here’s my question to you: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻... 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀? Let’s stop obsessing over “𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘢” and start designing for “𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜.” #Innovation #Leadership #EcosystemsEngineering #AndreyReads #AndreyWrites #AndreyLearns #LifeAtGoogle I write about organizational zen, ethical AI, and helping leaders stay grounded even when everything's on fire. 🤯 Most people think the problem is not enough data…
The real problem is not enough understanding.

🤖 The most important person your content needs to impress? 𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢 — 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 💡How are you thinking about authoritative sources today? Are you becoming the kind of source a curious user would 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 to feed their AI with? We keep saying “𝘈𝘐 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨.” But the real power shift is subtler. With tools like #NotebookLM, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀. And the model helps them think better with those sources. I use it like a high-context, intelligent RSS feed. I add articles, docs, newsletters — the thinkers I trust. Then I ask questions, follow threads, and connect dots. It doesn’t just summarize. It sparks insight. 𝙄𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙛𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚, 𝙬𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙. The one building their second brain — and asking: is your work worth remembering? Ecosystems Engineering is all about this shift. Less spray-and-pray. More strategic presence in the systems people actually use to think. NotebookLM is the first mainstream AI product that respects that intelligence. It doesn’t guess what matters — it asks you to decide what matters… and helps you make that decision. 📘Two must-reads that sparked this reflection: – “Meet the Model: How to Market to LLMs” from INSEAD – “The Inside Story of Building NotebookLM” from Google #AndreyReads #AndreyWrites #AI #EcosystemsEngineering #Innovation #LifeAtGoogle #AndreyLearns I write about organizational zen, ethical AI, and helping leaders stay grounded even when everything's on fire.
