Medallion Bank Announces Pricing of Series G Preferred Stock Offering Medallion Bank (MBKNP) has announced the pricing of its public offering of 3,000,000 shares of Fixed-Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series G. The offering, with a liquidation amount of $25 per share, totals $75 million. The Series G Preferred Stock will pay dividends at 9.00% fixed rate until July 1, 2030, after which the rate will reset to the five-year U.S. Treasury rate plus 4.94%.The stock will trade on Nasdaq Capital Market under symbol MBNKO, with dividends payable quarterly starting October 1, 2025. Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 450,000 additional shares. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including increasing capital levels, growing consumer loan portfolios, or potentially redeeming Series F Preferred Stock.
