Negative split for a four mile run. Mile Avg. Pace 1 11'32" 2 10'26" 3 10'02" 4 9'48" Change -1'06"' -0'24"' -0'14"'
Pretty happy with those splits at parkrun this morning, don't think I've ever managed to get faster each mile before, especially without trying to do so!
