#OneGoodThing that happened yesterday was that I got my car back after it had a two-night stay at Pep Boys. (They're a very busy shop and the car had a very complicated problem, so it's not a surprise.) It's nice to know I have a competent, 7-days-a-week place to take my car now.

You are looking at a softly glowing lamp on a bedside table. It’s shaped kinda like the mushrooms in those Mario games, but is a featureless off-white. It’s a TOKABO lamp from IKEA and I splurged nearly twenty dollars to get it.
Yesterday was not the best of days, but #OneGoodThing that did happen is that I got a replacement for my broken lamp without going to Target. (Plus, it’s a really cute lamp.)
