It is a postcard with the picture of some kind of chair that looks like it can be pulled like a sled. It is on top of a display table and in a room with brick walls and a wooden floor with a chevron pattern. Behind it are windows and a table with the leaves dropped down. Written on the card is, “This is a good saddle for you. Can’t slip! See you soon. Pop”
“Hi Picklepuss. Miss you - 615 miles from Titusville. Cold, no snow. Be at Bill Fertigs[?] tomorrow PM. I love you. See you soon in Washington.
Devotedly, Pop”
Addressed to Nancy Emerson, Feb 10, 1941.
