Today the first batch of Prusa 3dprinters arrived at the new workshop. These are Prusa Core One which are now our main printers for processing orders 👍😍

A large, tall server cabinet with several shelves installed and no server hardware. There's a few boxes of 3D printing filament and some supplies on the lower shelves. In the middle is a Prusa i3 Mk3S+ 3D printer, and above it is a sealed box to hold the filament while the printer is running.
A 6 foot wide industrial rack with four 3D printers on the middle shelf and a row of filament boxes with color swatches clipped to them on the shelf above the printers. Overstock and backstock filament spools are on the bottom shelf. The 3D printers consist of two Prusa CoreONE printers and two Prusa Mk4 printers.

It’s a remarkable design, incredibly expressively possible.
The faux-sprue cutting & assembly were calmly meditative… which I really REALLY needed.

A Prusa CoreONE nozzle with filament stuck in it
Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove the filament here? It won’t push through no matter what I do, and there isn’t enough material to grab with pliers. Do I just need to run the heat gun hotter?

This is quite possibly one of the best upgrades I've made to my Prusa CoreONE printers so far. I replaced the stock spool spindle with a wider one that rolls smoothly on bearings.
