Treaty Oak Clean Energy LLC Partners with Google to Advance Solar Energy Development in Arkansas
Google has partnered with Treaty Oak Clean Energy LLC to develop the $123 million Redfield Solar Project in Arkansas, which will generate 100 megawatts of electricity sufficient to power approximately 18,000 homes once commercial operations begin in 2026. The 15-year agreement with Google will provide a consistent supply of affordable and clean energy for the company's data centers across the Midcontinent region, while also contributing to Arkansas' tax revenue through projected earnings of around $9 million over its 40-year lifespan.
