While in Europe in late 1969 to set up distribution for his Heritage Records label, Philly producer/songwriter Jerry Ross heard Shocking Blue's "Venus" on a jukebox in an Amsterdam diner. Blown away by the sound, he secured the North American rights. #JerryRoss #ShockingBlue #OneHitWondered
