There's no fucking telling what's in those Archive zip files. You don't get to name them to keep track

Because when you select 500 photos to download, you get sent a link. Clicking the link takes you to Shutterfly. Your 500 photos have now been gathered into 10 separate Archive buttons, which you have to click one by one to download them.

So fine. I buy one photo just to buy some time to get all my photos off the site, and then delete my account.
There is NO WAY TO DOWNLOAD ALL OF YOUR PHOTOS.
In fact, not only that, but you can only download 500 photos at a time. Why is this a problem? I'll tell you.

I did an ADHD real bad, but just had an unexpectedly excellent customer service experience with #Shutterfly. I explained to their chat bot how I somehow missed deleting the example last name on my holiday cards, which was super hard to see in the preview until I got the printed cards today.
