Every other day there seems to be a sort of seesaw effect. Today it felt at least as if my belly had shrunk some. Later it might feel like I am twice as big as I was yesterday.
Need to keep up with anything that fights inflammation.

So I noticed something today. I can feel a lot of strain in my abdominal muscles. But when I touch around the area it almost feels like the skin and muscles are separate layers. So skin, fat muscle.
Maybe if I modified my diet more I could burn more fat fat.
