A photo showing the ridiculous set-up I have for streaming Nintendo games. A wooden corner TV stand with several shelves and the TV on top, attached to one of the shelves (which contains my Xbox and various games and dvds) is an adjustable ring-light and phone stand clamped in place, holding my phone out in front where it can see the tv screen. The phone is plugged into a battery pack resting on the shelf. The TV is displaying the starting screen for Super Mario Party Jamboree, while the phone screen has a “Starting soon” logo currently streaming.
Last night I wanted to stream some Mario Party for Mario Day, but I don’t actually have a proper computer or capture card to stream straight off the Switch, so… I had to improvise. It’s super janky, but it worked!
