A map of the proposed MetroLink rail line in Dublin, Ireland, running from Estuary in the north to Charlemont in the south.

The route is shown as a vertical line through the city with 16 stations, including key stops at Dublin Airport, Ballymun, Glasnevin, O’Connell Street, and St Stephen’s Green. A legend indicates different construction types, such as tunnels and bridges, and shows interchanges with existing transport like the DART, Luas, and commuter rail services.

As #London expands its #Superloop express bus network, should Ireland’s NTA launch a similar route parallel to the proposed #Dublin MetroLink? This could serve as a "live demonstration" of the corridor's potential, much like the Bakerloop did for London’s Bakerloo line extension. 🚌

London buses suck. Normal buses are packed with people, stopping more often. Superloop buses get delayed/cancelled. Should've named this: Transport for Losers.

Australia’s Superloop jumps to near 9-yr high on upgraded earnings forecast Investing.com-- Superloop Ltd (ASX:SLC) shares rose to their highest level in nearly nine years on Monday after the Australian internet provider upgraded its annual earnings guidance, citing strong trading performance. The company now expects FY25 underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) to reach or exceed A$91 million, up from its previous range of A$83-A$88 million announced in August 2024. The new guidance marks a 67% increase from FY24. The upbeat forecast sent Superloop shares jumping as much as 7.4% to A$3.2, their highest since September 2016. Superloop, which operates consumer, business, and wholesale internet services, attributed the outperformance to its Infrastructure-on-Demand platform and expanding market share. I am on an absolutely packed SL4 #Superloop to Canary Wharf. It's quite fun going on a triple carriageway (not sure if it's a motorway, more a big flyover) on a bus. Feels very coach like. stupidly came upstairs and I think I'm stuck up here until the terminus now ;)
